OUR RATES
Rates for regularly scheduled attendees:
Full Time/Part Time Child Care: $135/week
Those without a regular schedule may call in advance and will be accepted depending on daycare capacity for that day; drop-in rate will apply.
Drop-in rate:
Full Day: $40.00/day
OUR POLICIES
Cougar Cub Daycare has a list of policies in place which are in conjunction with and/or coordinated with the State of Kansas, KDHE. A few of our policies are listed below for parents' ease of access.

Closed Days
​
Our daycare is closed for the following holidays:
New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

Our daycare follows the Cheylin USD 103 school snow day closings. If the school closes due to bad weather, the daycare will also close accordingly.

Sickness Policy
​
In order to protect the health of the other children, sick children will not be allowed to attend daycare. If your child has a fever, rash, unexplained symptoms or appears less than healthy, they will be considered too sick to be in attendance. If a child becomes ill at daycare, the parents will be notified and expected to pick up the child. The child will be able to attend the daycare again after 24 hours fever-free.
Injury Policy

If a child becomes injured at daycare, the provider will determine the extent of the injury as to whether the parents need contacted immediately (fall to the head, broken bones, major injuries) or if the child continues to hurt from an uncertain degree of injury. Otherwise, all injuries will be written down in the child's file and parents are notified at time of pick up.
